I finally made it over to Blue Spring State Park. It was actually a much shorter drive than I thought it was going to be. Unfortunately when I finally set out, the clouds decided they needed to take a leak. So, it was cloudy and misty out. It didn’t do a whole lot for my shots at all. I will likely go back there on a day where it’s not as cloudy and hopefully when the manatees are out.
Meet my new friend George
I only saw one manatee while I was there. He was very colorful and I named him George.
Manatee Season is from mid-November through March. Hopefully several hundred of George’s friends will be there for me to say hi to. I’ll head back over there sometime this winter to get some better shots. In the meantime here are a few pictures that took while I was there.
